Job Title : Client Delivery Lead
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Delivery Lead to manage cross-functional teams and drive client satisfaction.
This role involves day-to-day responsibilities of the team to complete program deployment successfully. The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills, managing different stakeholder groups, including program managers, market leaders, and functional leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional teams for CPG clients, experts in domain, technology deployment, and stakeholder management.
- Day-to-day responsibilities of the team to complete program deployment successfully.
- Client stakeholders including program managers, market leaders, and functional leaders.
- Policies and ways of working for the team for seamless deployment.
- Escalations, resolve issues, and take decisions to support program delivery.
- Interview and hire new or backfill profiles to develop business with Genpact recruitment team and client hiring team.
- Risk management related to performance, behavior, or motivational issues.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, Payroll to streamline ways of working with clients.
- Identify risk, innovate for client delivery excellence, and develop relationships across stakeholders.
