Descripción del trabajoMonitor and report project portfolio performance according to GBS' management review process considering local and foreign audiences. Develop project management skills among GBS teams to mature the Operational Excellence Culture. Overall experience of 10+ years with at least 5 years in a project management role within shared services, technology, software development or similar in global environments. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, or related field) with proficiency in agile methodologies / PMI frameworks and risk management (PMP / Agile certification preferred). Must be comfortable in a fully bilingual working environment (English Spanish) presenting strategic project status to VPs and C-Level executives demonstrating solid stakeholder management and communication skills. Desired proficiency with relevant platforms and tools (ERP systems, HRIS, MS Office Suite, MS Teams) and SDLC projects. Accountability Adaptability Collaboration Customer Focus Leadership

The successful candidate will oversee cross-functional projects in areas such as accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, payroll, customer service, and others that will be added to the scope of services, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact.
