Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Paralegal & Operations professional based in Mexico.
This role requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. We are informal and collegial (sometimes bordering on silly), but we do operate in a fast-paced environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with attorneys and operations managers on the following :
- Drafting documents
- Forming legal entities
- Preparing initial drafts of regulatory filings
- Managing CRM workflows
- Communicating with clients
- Supporting client onboarding (engagement letters, billing, etc.)
- Updating project checklists

Qualifications
Bilingual (English–Spanish), with fluent or near-fluent English.Highly detail-oriented and organized.Comfortable working with and developing solutions for CRM tools and cloud-based systems (e.g., Clio, Coda, Slack).Experience in billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience managing client relationships or CRM systems.Proficiency with AI tools such as GCAI, ChatGPT, and other workflow automation platforms.Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated to work independently in a remote setup.Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across North American time zones.Bonus
Experience in a law firm, legal operations, or professional services environment.Basic knowledge or strong interest in learning programming languages such as Python and SQL, as well as tools like Supabase, Lovable, and Factory Bridge.Sense of humor at least 7.5 / 10Why Join Us?
