#WelcomeToCognizantWe have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as aService DeskObjectives of this roleHandle inbound calls in a timely mannerFollow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company's products and services to go off-script when necessaryIdentify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutionsMaintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller's request.ResponsibilitiesMemorize scripts for products and services, and refer to them during callsBuild positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions and confirmations are handled appropriatelyMeet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and qualityCreate and maintain record of daily contacts in the ticketing system.Resolve incidents, requests and queries from end users through the use of Knowledge articlesRequired Skills And QualificationsExperience working in an IT Service Desk environment.Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyWillingness to learn fast IT supportWork on a hybrid model (1 month in office – 1 month at home)Great customer experience skills.
