Research, develop, and penetrate new markets—expanding sales with existing and potential customers. Manage key integral OEM accounts and collaborate with external Manufacturer's Rep Firms to amplify our reach. Technical Expert : Become the go-to resource for customer applications, communicating how our solutions deliver value through service, quality, and competitive pricing. Data-Driven : Use CRM tools to track opportunities, respond quickly to inquiries, and ensure every quote is spot-on. 10+ years of technical sales experience with direct account management (required) ~5+ years in sales management (required) ~ Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent experience (strongly preferred) ~ Industry experience in Electrical, Electronic, Aerospace, or Plastics / Composites ~ Fluent business English (Advanced) ~ Competitive wages & comprehensive benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability) ~About 3 days / week, up to 2x / month.
