IT Operations Advanced Specialist

In this role you will beresponsible for supporting and maintain local MES services: data accuracy integrity and availability.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards your role will involve:

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reports including downtime analysis traceability queries and operational reporting to support manufacturing performance.

• Lead the analysis configuration and support of MES new launches projects and system improvements coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage and prioritize MES incidents service requests and troubleshooting activities ensuring timely resolution and support for manufacturing operations.

• Monitor and maintain MES applications databases and servers including performance indicators application logs and system debugging to ensure reliability and availability.

• Ensure compliance with AS4 and AS244 standards within MES systems and provide technical support to division teams while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

If you have/are:

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL fundamentals (mandatory) and relational database concepts with Oracle Administration experience considered a plus.

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting traceability systems in a manufacturing environment.

• Expertise in traceability applications database management and data manipulation using DML commands.

• Solid understanding of local network architecture with basic hardware troubleshooting and technical support skills.
