INTERN POSITION
ACTIVE STUDENT STATUS IS MANDATORY!!!!
Overview of the position:
Support the Customer Experience team in driving innovation, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. This role offers exposure to cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing the overall customer journey.
Required Qualifications:
Currently studying (5th to 7th semester)
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Innovation Management, or related fields.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interest in process improvement, innovation, and automation initiatives.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
No experience needed.

STUDENTS OF THE FOLLOWING CAREERS ONLY:
Industrial Engineering
Business Administration
International Business
Business Analytics
*Available to work at Reforma, CDMX / (6hrs per day / Monday to Friday)
