We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Salesforce CRM Developer with strong technical expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, data management, and CRM process improvement.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working extensively in Salesforce and is comfortable managing complex datasets, improving CRM processes, configuring Salesforce functionality, and maintaining accurate, reliable sales data.
This role requires strong Salesforce expertise, technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work within structured processes.
We're looking for someone who is highly proficient in Salesforce, technically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and CRM processes. The successful candidate should be able to take ownership of Salesforce-related tasks, identify data or process issues, and implement practical solutions while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
