Role Responsibilities
- Monitorear el proceso de operaciones de onboarding de KYC
- Ofrecer retroalimentación y asesoramiento.
- Mantener un registro de las horas trabajadas
- Proponer mejoras al proceso.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa y la normativa legal y reportar cualquier desviación.
Role Qualifications
- Experiencia de más de 1 año en KYC
- Licenciatura en areas administrativas
- Pensamiento crítico.
- Fungir como contacto clave con otras áreas.
- Habilidades de comunicación.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Atención al detalle.
- Experiencia en productos financieros.
- Manejo de Paquetería Office (Excel) y Google Sheets.
