Finance Transformation Intern

To develop a comprehensive understanding of finance shared services processes within the automotive industry with the opportunity to support R2R S2P or O2C activities. The role will also support Data Strategy and Process Intelligence by maintaining key reports tracking KPIs assisting with data validation and using Microsoft 365 tools such as Word Excel Power BI PowerPoint and Copilot to improve reporting collaboration and process visibility.

On site- Autoliv Queretaro (Avenida 5 de Febrero Queretaro Querétaro Arteaga)

What youll do:

Support finance operations and Data Strategy activities by maintaining key reports KPI files and dashboards for R2R S2P O2C and other finance departments. Activities include data validation report refreshes Power BI updates variance analysis process documentation follow-up with departments month-end and year-end reporting support journal entry assistance reconciliations supporting documentation and audit support.

What is required:

Must be an enrolled student of the last years of Accounting Business Administration or Finance in an accredited School.

Advanced English skills.

Schedule availability.

Must have strong work ethics and be well organized and a self-starter.

Detail oriented professional attitude reliable.

Advanced Excel skills and pivot tables.

Power BI knowledge.
