Dispatcher for USA-Trucking

We are a USA-based logistics and trucking company specializing in the transportation field. Our team operates different types of equipment, however this position is focused on sprinter vans, cargo vans, and box trucks. Now, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Dispatch Specialists.

No prior dispatch experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.

Dispatcher - Cargo Van/Sprinter Van for USA Trucking Company

- REMOTE US Time zone (07:30 AM EST- 05:00 PM EST)

- Strong English communication skills required

- Paid training provided

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor the movement of cargo vans, box trucks, and sprinter vans across multiple US routes.

- Maintain communication with brokers and drivers

- Book and assign loads, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.

- Track shipments and resolve any operational issues in real-time.

- Maintain accurate documentation of loads, schedules, and delivery statuses.

- The process also involves a sales aspect

Requirements

- English — both written and spoken (must be confident in professional communication).

- Experience in trucking dispatch, freight brokerage, or logistics operations is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.

- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, dispatch software experience is a plus).

- Team player with strong attention to detail.
