Process Engineer III - Tijuana, MX

Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Process Engineer III for our Front-End Manufacturing facility in Tijuana, MX.The role will investigate root causes of failures and defects, develop process controls and monitor critical process parameters. The engineer must have good analysis skills and will drive the process to increase yields, throughput and reduce cost in the areas of milling, tape casting, thick film printing, lamination and cutting.JTI has over thirty years' experience specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of high-quality Power and RF ceramic chip capacitors, inductors, and Integrated Passive Components into the global electronics market. Recognize factors involved in process performance. Perform in-process experiments (hands on) including operation of equipment. Create and execute a Design of Experiment (DOE) and report experimental results. Author specifications and procedures. Set up process controls, train personnel in their use. Lead projects to introduce new technology to improve process performance and reduce costs. Maintain work area clean and organized.
