Insight Engineer
Location:Monterrey Guadalajara Mexico City Queretaro
Time Zone:CST/EST

Key Skills Required:

• SQL (4-5 years): Advanced SQL development data analysis complex query optimization and data investigations.
• ETL Development (3-5 years): Design development automation and support of scalable ETL/data pipelines.
• Tableau (3 years): Dashboard development workbook creation reporting and KPI visualization.
• AWS (Optional but good to have) (3 years): Hands-on experience with Athena Lambda CloudWatch and EMR.

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize SQL solutions using AWS Athena.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Build and support automated ETL workflows and data pipelines.
• Monitor troubleshoot and tune production jobs and reporting processes.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and data investigations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs metrics and reporting requirements.
• Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of overall experience in Data Engineering BI or Analytics.
• Strong expertise in SQL ETL development and Tableau.
• Experience building automated data solutions in AWS environments.
• Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities.
