What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, test, and maintain advanced software applications and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, technical specifications, and system architectures.
• Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions that meet business and customer needs.
• Ensure seamless integration between software, hardware, and other enterprise systems.
• Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Implement and support modern software development practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Identify and drive improvements in software development processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and maintainability.
• Perform code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support continuous integration, deployment, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, quality, and engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor and support junior engineers while fostering technical excellence within the team.
• Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and development standards.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and the evaluation of emerging technologies.
• Support additional projects and engineering responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

What you'll need to be successful:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering, software development, or related technical roles.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and modern software development methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python.
• Experience working with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative team environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading software development projects or technical initiatives.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience with software quality assurance, testing frameworks, and automation practices.
• Experience with embedded systems, real-time operating systems, or cloud-based software solutions.
