Generalist I, HR

We are looking for Generalist I HR to join our Delicias Team in Delicias Chihuahua Mex.

Temporary position 6 months.

Availability of working in different shifts: 1st 2nd 3rd and mixed shifts.

Responsible for coordinating the Development of the Human Resource and planning the development through the implementation and monitoring of detection of needs designing and giving courses. Compliance with the requirements of the Secretaria del Trabajo y Previsión Social regarding training; training plans at all levels. Administration of scholarship plans and external training. Coordinate and keep updated the manual induction for new employees.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelors degree in business administration Human Resources or related.
• 2 years of experience in similar position.
• Knowledge in STPS regulatory framework.
• Experience in Organizational Development.
• Knowledge of Training.
• English Proficient.
• Database in training.
• Training in IVAS.
• Consult documents on the intranet.
• Indicators.
• Instructor training.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work environment analysis to generate strategies for continuous improvement and an action plan.
• Monitoring performance evaluations.
• Updating profiles and job descriptions.
• Procedures documentation.
• Internal communication (communication boards coordination of corporate events).
• General knowledge of Human Resources processes.
• Training.
• Leadership Development.
• Implement Leadership Programs.
• Identify Management Competency Gaps.
• Support Leaders in Team Management.
• Facilitate Coaching and Mentoring Sessions.
• Monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Evaluate the Effectiveness of Training Programs.
• This position / function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety Health and Environment administration system its Policy the applicable standards and procedures.
• Budget for training plan.
• Executive presentations.
• Administration strategies.
• Prepare control and consolidate budget for Human Resources in relation to communications events and others.
