Job Summary

We are looking to add a Sr Financial Analyst to our team who will provide regional financial and accounting support for operations across the Americas. This role will be responsible for analyzing financial information supporting monthly close activities providing technical guidance to multiple sites and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards. The position plays a key role in supporting informed decision-making and strengthening the organizations financial processes.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet fluctuations to identify risks trends and improvement opportunities.
• Provide financial and accounting support to teams across multiple sites in the Americas by addressing inquiries related to revenue recognition fixed assets reconciliations and accounting policies.
• Participate in the monthly financial close process ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Controllership FP&A Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of financial information.
• Review and monitor intercompany activity and support the preparation of corporate financial reports.
• Develop guidelines documentation and recommendations to strengthen processes and ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting requirements.
• Participate in special projects related to acquisitions divestitures ERP implementations and technical accounting matters.
• Support internal and external audits by providing financial analyses documentation and explanations as required.

The Experience Were Looking to Add to Our Team

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in financial analysis corporate accounting or similar finance roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements including P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Advanced English communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis reconciliations and data management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research accounting and financial topics draw conclusions and provide recommendations.
• Excellent communication collaboration and attention-to-detail skills.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and its application are essential. CPA or CPA candidate is a plus. Good time management skills and should be able to remain organized under periods of reporting pressure.
