Full Stack Web Developer (.NET Python) MX

This is a remote position.

Role Summary:
We are looking for a mid-level Full Stack Web Developer with strong experience in C#/.NET web application development Python JavaScript and SQL Server. The ideal candidate should be comfortable maintaining legacy and modern web applications contributing to secure and high-quality code working with CI/CD practices and using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and prototyping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop enhance and maintain secure web applications using C#/.NET Python JavaScript and SQL Server.
  
• Create and iterate functional prototypes based on business or market requirements using AI-assisted development tools.
  
• Support application modernization integrations bug fixing and performance improvements across the web application stack.
  
• Collaborate with team members and customers to clarify requirements estimate solutions and deliver working software.
  
• Communicate ideas issues risks and impediments on time to support predictable delivery.
  
• Contribute to code quality through unit testing clean design maintainable implementation and secure development practices.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  
• Mid-level English proficiency for written and verbal communication with internal teams and customers.
  
• 5 years of professional web application development experience using C# / .
  
• 2 years of hands-on Python development experience for backend services scripting automation integrations or prototyping.
  
• 5 years of JavaScript experience including practical use of jQuery and TypeScript.
  
• Experience with Web Forms MVC and Entity Framework 6 or higher.
  
• Working knowledge of Angular and modern front-end development practices.
  
• Strong SQL Server experience including database design queries stored procedures and performance-aware development.
  
• Solid understanding of code quality practices unit testing design patterns SOLID principles and Clean Code principles.
  
• Knowledge of application security practices including OWASP authentication hardening SQL Server security and prevention of SQL injection vulnerabilities.
  
• Familiarity with Git CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
  
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot Claude Code Cursor Replit or Google AI Studio.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or similar.
  
• Experience working in the insurance financial services or regulated industries.
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  
• Experience building functional prototypes or proof-of-concepts with AI-assisted development platforms.
