Procurement Data Entry Specialist

Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in purchasing and supplier pricing operations, is looking for a highly detail-oriented and computer-savvy Data Entry / Purchasing Administrative Specialist. This position supports the purchasing and supplier pricing process by reviewing supplier pricing, entering and validating bid information, and using automation tools and internal systems to process and review bids. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as small errors can have a significant impact. Responsibilities Review supplier quotes, pricing, and bid information for accuracy and completeness. Enter and process pricing information using internal systems and automation tools. Review automated data and identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information. Compare supplier pricing and ensure information is entered correctly. Maintain organized and accurate purchasing records. Follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Communicate with internal team members when clarification or additional information is needed. Handle repetitive data-intensive work while maintaining a high level of accuracy and focus. Requirements 1–3 years of relevant work experience. High school diploma required; college education preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, dashboards, and automated systems. Strong data entry and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and errors. Reliable, focused, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced purchasing environment. Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, data entry, administration, or supplier pricing is a plus.
