Senior Software Engineer SOL-1908 (Mexico)

Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain core eDiscovery software using .NET/C# and PostgreSQL, with AI tooling as a standard part of your development workflow.

This is a hands-on senior role where you will own features from design through production, write automated tests, investigate and resolve production issues, and trace problems across the stack.

You will use AI development tools daily for code generation, review, testing, and debugging while remaining accountable for the quality of everything you ship. You will also contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and help maintain high engineering standards across the team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with .NET/C#.
  
• Strong PostgreSQL experience, including schema design and query performance.
  
• Experience working with Azure cloud environments.
  
• Strong experience with automated testing.
  
• Experience owning and supporting production systems, including debugging and resolving live incidents.
  
• Daily experience using AI development tools for coding, debugging, testing, and code review.
  
• Ability to independently verify and take responsibility for AI-generated code.
  
• Experience designing and building scalable software solutions.
  
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to take features from design through production.
  
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and participating in design discussions and code reviews.
  
• Strong written and spoken communication skills for distributed teams.
  
• Strong teamwork, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
