Our client is a U.S.-based technology company expanding its presence in Mexico.

Descripción de la vacante

• Analyze and interpret complex engineering, delivery, AI usage, and business outcome data.
• Design, validate, and improve analytical models, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Investigate data discrepancies and trace metrics from source systems to customer-facing outputs.
• Identify and define new product insights, dashboards, features, and analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams using AI-assisted development workflows.
• Review generated code, queries, and logic to ensure accuracy and business relevance.
• Evaluate product features from both technical and customer value perspectives.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering leadership to improve decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Contribute directly to product evolution by translating analytics into actionable functionality.

Perfil del candidato

• Strong expertise in SQL, analytical data modeling, data marts, schemas, joins, grain, and derived metrics.
• Solid understanding of software development practices, SDLC methodologies, GitHub, APIs, testing, and debugging.
• Experience working on software products as a data or analytics contributor.
• Ability to translate complex data into business and product recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving and quantitative reasoning skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and communicating technical concepts effectively.
• Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous environments and driving initiatives independently.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience with engineering productivity metrics, DORA metrics, or product-focused analytics is a strong plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) with the ability to present insights to international stakeholders.
• Based in Mexico.
