• Connect with clients to understand their travel needs preferences and budgets.
• Book seamless journeys via email chat and phonetransforming inquiries into confirmed trips with enthusiasm and accuracy.
• Resolve issues quickly turning concerns into happy outcomes and ensuring smooth travel from booking to homecoming.
• Spot trends in client feedback to refine services and personalize support for future bookings.
• Optimize response funnels minimizing delays and boosting client satisfaction scores.
• Nurture post-booking relationships ensuring clients feel supported before during and after every trip.
• Deliver high-touch service with empathy expertise and a genuine smile.

Nice to Have

• Travel industry savvy (preferred not required zero experience also welcomed)
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with technology and AI tools (well train you on the rest)
• Passion for travel adventure and curiosity about the world
