To provide subject matter expertise for district/division initiatives in all process improvement projects. To ensure process improvement projects are executed efficiently, effectively, on time; while achieving the expected operational efficiency._x000D_

Acts as focal point and in-house expert on analyzing service performance data and provide recommendation on areas of focus (i.e. Customer Experience; Clearance enhancements; etc.) Designs and develops service-related management information systems to support standardized performance measurement reports to Monitors district key service elements and provides high level summaries of focus areas. Initiates root cause analysis and provides feedback as needed. Assists on project implementation and advanced problem solving analysis in order to ensure customer satisfaction and improvement on operational efficiency. Coordinates the development of applications and formulation of recommendations that will contribute to the achievement of district or divisional strategic business plans. Utilizes metrics and statistical analysis in the definition of problems and solutions.

Bachelor’ degree/equivalent in business, engineering, or computer science. Six (6) years professional experience in management consulting, operations Management, internal audit, finance, engineering, or information systems Analysis/planning. Advanced Knowledge of FedEx operations, features of service, and mainframe computer systems required. Quality and process improvement experience required. Strong analytical and communication skills. Fluent in English.
