Your Role

• Lead the design development implementation and support of enterprise fraud management solutions leveraging NICE Actimize Java Spring Boot REST APIs and Microservices.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery across the SDLC including requirements analysis solution design development testing deployment and post-production support.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into secure scalable high-performance and maintainable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews code reviews design validations and mentorship of development teams.
• Drive platform modernization CI/CD adoption performance optimization incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• 7 years of experience in software engineering including technical leadership within Banking Financial Services Fraud Prevention Risk Management or Financial Crime Compliance environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with NICE Actimize Java/J2EE Spring Framework REST APIs Microservices and enterprise integration patterns.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL with experience designing scalable secure and high-performance data solutions.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures CI/CD tools (Jenkins) API Management platforms (Apigee) and observability tools such as Splunk or AppDynamics.
• Excellent leadership problem-solving stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to drive technical decisions mentor engineering teams and manage complex technical challenges.
• Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
