Were looking for a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to help grow our network of medical and dental clinics across Mexico.

Youll join an international healthcare company connecting patients with trusted healthcare providers worldwide and youll play a key role in acquiring new clinic partners closing B2B deals managing accounts and driving partner revenue.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting negotiating building relationships and owning their results.

What youll do

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners
• Build your own pipeline through outbound outreach referrals LinkedIn WhatsApp and research
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers
• Handle objections negotiate terms and close partnerships
• Onboard new clinics and guide them through the setup process
• Manage a portfolio of 200 clinic partners
• Build long-term B2B relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Drive upselling promotions sponsored listings and other revenue opportunities
• Monitor partner performance and improve conversion
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
• Work closely with Sales Operations Marketing and Technology teams

What were looking for

• 24 years of B2B Sales Business Development Partner Management or Account Management experience
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets
• Fluent English
• Strong sales communication negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting
• Experience managing multiple clients or business partners
• CRM experience and strong digital skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined when working remotely
• Willingness to travel within Mexico when required

Healthcare dental medical tourism or cross-border sales experience is a strong plus.

Compensation

$1100 USD gross/month base salary

Performance-based commission
$35/month phone allowance
$35/month internet allowance
100% remote
