The role

• Lead operational support for ETL and Data Warehouse environments.

• Drive incident resolution root cause analysis and preventative actions.

• Ensure platform stability performance scalability and security.

• Review solution designs and support implementation activities.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

• Coach engineering teams and establish operational best practices.

• Support cloud modernization initiatives across GCP AWS and Azure.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance data controls and change management processes.
