Tax Manager – LATAM & APAC:

The Tax Manager – LATAM & APAC is responsible for overseeing income tax reporting, compliance, and tax-related projects across multiple jurisdictions in Latin America and Asia-Pacific. This role ensures compliance with ASC 740, SOX controls, transfer pricing requirements, and local tax regulations while supporting corporate tax strategy, risk management, and process improvements.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage quarterly and annual income tax provisions, tax accounting, and reporting.
• Coordinate corporate income tax compliance across LATAM and APAC jurisdictions.
• Support transfer pricing compliance, cross-border tax matters, BEPS, and Pillar Two initiatives.
• Monitor tax law changes and assess business and compliance impacts.
• Support tax audits, tax planning initiatives, M&A activities, entity restructurings, and special tax projects.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and external advisors to ensure effective tax compliance and reporting.
• Identify tax risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, including tax compliance and reporting.
• Experience supporting tax matters across LATAM; APAC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740, corporate income tax compliance, transfer pricing, and international tax concepts.
• Proven ability to work with auditors, external advisors, and cross-functional business partners.
• Professional working proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
