Your Role

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant you will lead the design configuration and delivery of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions for complex client environments. You are expected to act as a subject matter expert drive client discussions and ensure high-quality project execution aligned with business objectives.

• Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations upgrades and support projects.
• Configure and optimize SAP FI (GL AP AR AA) and CO (Cost Center Profit Center COPA).
• Provide functional leadership to junior consultants and offshore teams.
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM SD) and external systems.
• Support testing data migration and go-live activities.

Your profile

• 58 years of SAP FICO experience including end-to-end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and Mexican regulatory requirements (tax e-invoicing CFDI is a plus).
• Proven ability to lead workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience working in global and multicultural environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1C2 required).
