Temporary Regional Business Transformation Lead

As a Regional Business Transformation Lead (IBP & Portfolio Management) - Temporary, you will lead the end-to-end transformation of Enterprise Program Management (EPM) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), helping deliver a unified operating model that connects strategy, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution across the business.

Working across multiple functions and markets, you will partner with leaders in Supply, R&D, Demand, Finance, and Commercial teams to embed new ways of working and accelerate enterprise-wide decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to influence a large-scale transformation, drive digital and process innovation, and help create sustainable capabilities that will support long-term business success.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Regional Transformation Delivery — Drive the roadmap and deployment of the future-state EPM and IBP operating model, ensuring alignment across processes, governance, organizational design, and business priorities.
• Drive IBP Integration & Adoption — Partner with regional stakeholders to deploy the full Integrated Business Planning cycle and strengthen the connection between strategy, prioritization, and execution.
• Accelerate Digital Enablement — Lead the deployment and adoption of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) capabilities and Resource Control Tower solutions to improve resource visibility and portfolio performance.
• Embed Enterprise Ways of Working — Foster cross-functional collaboration and accountability across Supply, R&D, Demand, Finance, and Commercial functions to support enterprise-wide prioritization and governance.
• Build Sustainable Capabilities — Support the design and implementation of governance frameworks, Centers of Excellence, and capability-building structures that enable long-term success beyond the transformation phase.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and portfolio governance processes.
• Experience deploying digital solutions and business processes, including Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms or equivalent technologies.
• Demonstrated success operating in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous business environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives involving organizational, process, and digital change.
• Strong understanding of enterprise planning, resource allocation, and portfolio execution practices
