Solution Architecture & Customer Integrations

Mission: Turn integration strategies into successful customer implementations across LATAM.

About the Role

As a Xvantage Tech Leader LATAM you will lead the technical delivery of Xvantage Integrations by helping customers design implement and scale integration solutions that drive business growth and platform adoption.

Working closely with customers Sales Engineering and Regional XI Advisors you will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions leveraging APIs ETO Integration Hub MCP and future Xvantage capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate integration architectures aligned with customer requirements.
• Support discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Guide customers through implementation onboarding and go-live.
• Act as the regional technical expert for XI initiatives across LATAM.
• Drive adoption of Xvantage integration capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and accelerate customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering IT or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture Technical Consulting Systems Integration or Platform Engineering.
• Experience with APIs enterprise integrations and customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
