Description
We are seeking aLead Technical Program Managerto drive delivery of complex high-impact programs that advance eCommerce products and platform strategy.

As a Lead TPM you will operate as asingle-threaded ownerfor large initiatives managing multiple projects and programs end to end. You will partner closely with Product Engineering Architecture and senior leadership to translate strategy into execution balance business priorities with technical constraints and deliver outcomes with quality predictability and scale.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in software engineering systems engineering system architecture or technical product/program management.
• Technical Background - Java application development experience preferred
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise-grade technical programs from concept through launch.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals including distributed systems APIs data stores and cloud services.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to read and reason about code and architecture (hands-on coding not required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Domain experience in eCommerce payments fintech or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices CI/CD microservices NoSQL databases and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience driving operational excellence including metrics monitoring and post-launch optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and operate with strong ownership.
