Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

As the eCommerce Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving Reckitt’s digital commerce growth across key channels, including Marketplaces, Quick Commerce, and Social Commerce. You will lead the commercial strategy, strengthen strategic partnerships with key customers, and identify new business opportunities to accelerate profitable growth. In addition, you will lead a high-performing team and collaborate cross-functionally to advance the company's digital transformation agenda.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the eCommerce and Social Commerce strategy across assigned categories and brands.
• Manage strategic relationships with key customers such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, Rappi, Uber, and TikTok Shop.
• Develop and execute business plans focused on sales growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
• Monitor and analyze key business KPIs, identifying opportunities and potential risks.
• Manage commercial investments and budgets, ensuring strong return on investment.
• Partner with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver best-in-class execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop the eCommerce team to build future capabilities.
• Drive innovation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the channel.

The experience we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in eCommerce, Sales, or Key Account Management.
• Proven experience leading commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of marketplaces, quick commerce, and social commerce.
• Solid financial acumen, including P&L and ROI management.
• Advanced English communication skills.
