We are looking for a dedicated and detailoriented Marketing Digital Campaign & Virtual Events Specialist to join our Marketing Center of this role you will be responsible for the endtoend planning execution and optimization of webinars and virtual events delivered to global audiences. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment where operational excellence process quality and measurable business impact are key priorities.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Actively built and launched end-to-end digital demand-generation campaigns directly configuring audience segments automated email nurture tracks and conversion-optimized landing pages.

• Planning and executing live webinars and virtual events endtoend including event setup registration live production recording and postevent followup.

• Managing event logistics on virtual event platforms such as Microsoft Teams Live ON24 GoToWebinar or similar tools ensuring a seamless attendee and speaker experience.

• Building and coordinating event invitations and registrations including audience segmentation email communications reminders and realtime registration monitoring.

• Training and supporting internal and external speakers through platform guidance rehearsals and live technical moderation during events.

• Acting as a virtual events platform administrator maintaining templates access troubleshooting issues and continuously improving engagement features such as polling Q&A or captions.

• Managing a global virtual events calendar and collaborating with regional marketing teams across different time zones.

• Coordinating with external agencies and vendors when additional production support is required including budget and delivery oversight.

• Tracking event performance and preparing postevent reports covering attendance engagement metrics and lead or pipeline attribution.

What We Are Looking For:

• Handson experience in planning and delivering webinars or virtual events endtoend.

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms email campaign builds landing pages webinar platforms and campaign execution.

• Strong operational and processdriven mindset with attention to detail and quality standards.

• Experience working with virtual event platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams Live ON24 GoToWebinar or similar).

• Proven ability to manage and support speakers and stakeholders in a live highpressure environment.

• Experience working in an international context with crossregional teams and time zones.

• Solid understanding of postevent reporting engagement metrics and marketing performance tracking.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$31575.00 - $41580.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location work experience education and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
