Team Overview
Lead mentor and manage TPMs embedded across LATAM product lines and platforms
Act as the regional subject matter expert on systems architecture data flows and integration patterns
Translate LATAM business priorities into technical strategy and measurable execution plans
Represent LATAM in global forums planning and prioritization discussions
Drive delivery discipline: PDLC governance Definition of Ready/Done dependency and risk management
Own portfolio prioritization and capacity planning across regional initiatives
Oversee launch readiness market adoption and post-launch stabilization across LATAM markets
Build trusted relationships with regional CIOs business leaders engineering and architecture teams
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- 15 years in product management technical delivery enterprise architecture or technology leadership
- Proven experience managing TPMs or technology leads across multiple product lines markets or regions
- Strong grasp of platform modernization integration/API architecture security and operational readiness
- Track record leading through ambiguity influencing senior stakeholders and driving executive-level reporting
- Prior experience in regional/market-facing technology leadership large-scale transformation or cross-market delivery is a strong plus
- Fluent English and Spanish
