What Youll Do
- Analyze document and optimize business processes to improve efficiency productivity and service quality.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support transformation initiatives.
- Develop process maps workflows SOPs and performance metrics to ensure operational consistency and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key process indicators and provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Operations Information Systems or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) Continuous Improvement Operational Excellence or Process Analysis.
- Knowledge of process mapping methodologies Lean Six Sigma BPMN or related frameworks.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency and experience working in cross-functional environments.
