About the role

As an Expert Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for connecting business with healthcare professionals through the development and implementation of Medical marketing strategies in Mexico to achieve a successful execution of content communications events marketing plans and programs for Health Professionals of OTC and Wellness/ Oral Care brands with the objective of increasing recommendations and accelerating our brands growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Expert strategies and objectives for Oral Care brands to meet the proposed recommendation objectives and KPIs.
• Responsible for developing or tropicalizing literature and promotional materials to share with experts.
• Ensure timely authorization of all content/communication materials for healthcare professionals following proper local procedures and aligned with Oral Care brands plan.
• Manage TPRM process and contracts with Healthcare Professionals Healthcare Organizations and essential suppliers to guarantee promotional activities.
• Adequately execute the advertising and promotion budget assigned to the areas activities and follow up with all suppliers involved.
• Coordinate the execution of assigned events and manage the logistics necessary to carry them out with the support of the corresponding agency.
• Responsible for the promotional events tracking and their correct management through authorizations and supporting documents according to current policies.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business or related field
• 2 years of experience in Marketing in Consumer Goods of Pharma industry
• Planning organization and prioritization skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Marketing fundamentals
• Public relations and negotiation
