• Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and customer orders.
• Maintain accurate customer information and data within CRM platforms.
• Support the preparation of contracts, commercial proposals, and sales documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Track sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on pending actions.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
• Generate sales reports, pipeline analysis, and commercial KPI tracking.
• Identify trends, improvement opportunities, and support sales forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across commercial systems and databases.

Perfil del candidato

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and analytical mindset.

Preferred

• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or similar CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of distribution channels and digital marketplaces.
• Experience working in multinational or consumer goods organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
