• Design high-quality, on-brand email creatives in Figma.
• Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns within Klaviyo.
• Create new templates and maintain existing component libraries.
• Implement dynamic content, links, UTM tracking, and personalization elements.
• Conduct QA testing across devices and email clients before deployment.
• Schedule and launch campaigns according to approved timelines.
• Maintain email template organization, documentation, and version control.
• Develop engaging interactive elements, including motion graphics, GIFs, and animated content.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and strategy teams to execute campaign objectives.
• Identify and proactively resolve design, rendering, and deliverability issues.

Perfil del candidato

Required

• 2+ years of professional experience designing and deploying email marketing campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Figma, including component libraries, template systems, and developer-ready file organization.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying emails within Klaviyo.
• Experience creating email templates, dynamic content modules, personalization, links, and UTM tracking.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development.
• Understanding of email rendering requirements across major email clients and devices.
• Ability to create motion-based email assets, including GIFs and animated elements.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of error-free execution.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CT (US Central Time).
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and personal workstation.
• Valid U.S. visa and ability to travel internationally, when required.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience in eCommerce environments.
• Agency-side experience supporting multiple client accounts.
• Experience maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with email deliverability and deployment best practices.
