Ubicación: CDMX, Reforma (Esquema Hibrido 2x3)
Sueldo: $60,000 netos mensuales (Esquema mixto: $25,000 por nómina, el resto es por fuera)
Propósito del Puesto
Buscamos un DevOps Software Engineer con background o entendimiento sólido en desarrollo en entornos Java y/o .NET.
Tu objetivo principal será automatizar pipelines de integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD), administrar entornos de desarrollo y producción, y optimizar el ciclo de vida de las aplicaciones de la empresa.
Responsabilidades Clave
● Diseñar, implementar y mantener pipelines de CI/CD para aplicaciones desarrolladas en Java (Spring Boot, Maven/Gradle) y/o .NET (.NET Core / C#).
● Contenerización de aplicaciones utilizando Docker y orquestación de entornos.
● Administrar y automatizar la infraestructura y servidores de aplicaciones (IIS, Tomcat, etc.).
● Integrar herramientas de calidad de código (SonarQube) y seguridad en los pipelines.
● Apoyar a los equipos de desarrollo en el diagnóstico y resolución de problemas de despliegue y rendimiento. Experiencia y Conocimientos Técnicos Requeridos:
● Experiencia: 2.5 a 3 años combinando desarrollo de software (Java o .NET) y prácticas DevOps.
● Herramientas CI/CD: Manejo de Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI o GitHub Actions.
● Ecosistema de Desarrollo: Conocimiento técnico práctico sobre Java y/o .NET para compilar, empaquetar y desplegar aplicaciones.
● Contenedores: Experiencia creando Dockerfiles y Docker-Compose.
● Gestión de Código: Git avanzado y estrategias de ramificación (GitFlow).
● Sistemas Operativos: Administración de Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) y Windows Server.
Deseable (Plus):
● Experiencia o conocimiento previo en empresas o sistemas del sector asegurador.
● Certificaciones básicas en nube (AWS / Azure) o herramientas DevOps.
