As part of its continued expansion, the company is seeking an experienced executive to lead its marketing organization in Mexico, driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and commercial performance. Job Role

The Director of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy, brand development, customer acquisition, and commercial growth initiatives for the Mexico market. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this executive role is responsible for aligning local marketing strategies with global business objectives while overseeing integrated campaigns, marketing operations, agency partnerships, and organizational leadership.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth, expanding market share, and strengthening the company's position within Mexico's competitive fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth roadmap for the Mexico market.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital marketing, brand management, social media, influencer marketing, public relations, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive insights to support business expansion and customer acquisition.
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing organization while establishing performance objectives and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, PR firms, creative vendors, and strategic marketing partners.
• Monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, budgets, and ROI to maximize business impact.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, operations, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with global strategies.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable financial advertising regulations and industry compliance standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Mexican national.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership or director-level responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies, brand development, and commercial growth initiatives.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and external agency partners.
• Background in FinTech, Digital Lending, Financial Services, Digital Banking, Technology, E-commerce, or high-growth consumer businesses is highly preferred.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing, brand management, performance marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with marketing compliance in regulated industries is an advantage.
• Excellent executive leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.
