Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Media

Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Media leads the planning, execution, optimization, and operational management of paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and other digital advertising channels.
Supporting both the US Public Sector (gov't & education) and Global Private Sector businesses, this role drives brand awareness, demand generation, and business growth through effective media investments. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, project management, and commercial acumen to deliver measurable business results.
This role includes managing campaigns directly, working with agencies and media partners and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve marketing performance and team efficiency. Whay will you do? * Digital Advertising Activation: Plan, activate and optimize digital advertising campaigns on corporate-owned platforms to ensure optimal performance.
Strategize highly targeted segment campaigns to accelerate lead pipelines and sales opportunities. * Social Media Campaign Activation: Execute paid social media campaigns across platforms, performing ongoing A/B tests and ensuring accurate targeting, deployment, and alignment with marketing objectives. * Paid Search: Develop and optimize paid search strategies to drive qualified traffic, business results, and brand visibility.
Work with agency partner for continuous optimization and performance. * 3rd-Party Paid Ad Buying: Lead end-to-end planning, negotiation, placement, and execution of paid media investments across third-party advertising channels and manage agency and publisher relationships. * Campaign Analytics, Optimization & Reporting: Apply a test-and-learn approach while monitoring campaign performance to generate actionable insights and optimize media investments to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Lead quarterly performance presentations and best practice sharing with global marketing teams. * Budget Management, Invoicing & Operations: Manage media budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and operational processes to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficient program execution.
