The CX Representative provides world-class customer service through inbound and outbound calls handling about 60 calls per day. They resolve last-mile delivery issues using effective communication empathy and problem-solving skills. The role requires attention to detail time management adaptability and conflict resolution while coordinating between customers delivery teams stores and warehouses to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.

• Coordinate communication between customers delivery teams stores and/or warehouses

The Basics

• Academic Background: High School Diploma or Equivalent Job Experience

• Years of Experience: 2 years in Contact Center Forwarder or Customs Brokerage Firm

• Software: ERP and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas)

• Technical Skills: Handle 60 Daily Calls (average)

• English Level:B1-B2
