The Container Sales Customer Experience team supports the global sale of old and total loss containers across more than 70 countries. As a Customer Experience Associate you will play a key role in supporting after-sales activities resolving customer inquiries coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build experience in customer experience logistics global operations and data-driven decision-making within an international environment.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused detail-oriented eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced global organization. Previous experience through internships trainee programs customer service logistics operations or shared services environments is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Stakeholder Support

• Deliver professional and customer-focused support to internal and external stakeholders.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email phone and other communication channels ensuring timely resolution.

• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.

• Participate in customer and stakeholder meetings to review service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Assist in maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Help identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and service quality.

Operational Support

• Support after-sales processes related to container delivery and order fulfillment.

• Coordinate with depots terminals and internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution.

• Follow up on container movements and customer requests.

• Assist in resolving documentation-related issues and service disruptions.

• Escalate operational challenges when necessary and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.

• Support reporting activities using Excel and PowerPoint.

• Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist in preparing presentations and business review materials.

• Exposure to Power BI Power Automate SQL or other reporting tools is considered a plus.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members across different locations and functions.

• Share learnings and best practices with colleagues.

• Participate actively in team meetings projects and engagement initiatives.

• Support knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement activities.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors degree completed or in the final stages of completion in:

  • Logistics & Supply Chain

  • International Business

  • Business Administration

  • Industrial Engineering

  • Economics or related fields.

• 0-2 years of professional experience.

• Internship trainee customer service operations logistics supply chain or shared services experience is highly desirable.

• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Strong customer service mindset.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with global stakeholders.

• Experience with Power BI Power Automate SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
