• Lead the commercial strategy and business growth of the transformers portfolio in Mexico.
• Develop and execute market development, sales, and go-to-market plans aligned with regional objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to drive revenue growth.
• Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams, ensuring effective positioning of products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate with global manufacturing facilities to support project execution and optimize business opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a commercial team while driving performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to achieve sales targets and advance strategic business initiative

Perfil del candidato

A successful Market Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to interact confidently in global environments.
• 8-10 years of experience within the electrical industry.
• Strong experience in transformers, power distribution, or related electrical equipment.
• Proven track record in business development and technical-commercial sales.
• Experience developing and executing market growth strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, bids, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on commercial approach.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
