• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for electronic components, PCBAs and EMS/CEM suppliers.
• Lead supplier qualification, supplier development and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
• Analyze market trends, supply risks and sourcing opportunities to support business objectives.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality, delivery and supply continuity.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality and Operations teams to support sourcing and supplier strategies.
• Manage RFQ processes, supplier selection and contract manufacturing relationships.
• Prepare and present spend analysis, supplier performance metrics and market intelligence.

Perfil del candidato

• A successful Commodity Manager Electrónicos should have:
• Strong background sourcing electronic components and managing commodities.
• Experience with EMS/CEM suppliers, PCBAs and supplier qualification.
• Proven track record in strategic negotiations and cost reduction initiatives.
• Strong supplier development and relationship management skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Valid U.S. Visa and Passport.
• Analytical mindset and ability to manage complex supply chains.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
