The Senior Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and performance of an assigned property portfolio. The position requires a strong balance of operational execution, financial oversight, customer relationship management, and team leadership to ensure portfolio objectives are achieved.

• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in the full leasing cycle and lease interpretation.
• Financial reporting experience to support portfolio budget and performance goals (CAPEX/OPEX).
• Ability to ensure safe and well-maintained properties through vendor and project oversight.
• Strong diplomacy, crisis management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent management and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.
