Job Description

We are looking for an MEP Desktop Assistant to support the technical documentation and coordination of electrical systems in data center projects. This role assists with drawing reviews, reports, and compliance tracking under the guidance of the Electrical Lead.

Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation, review, and organization of electrical drawings, load schedules, one-line diagrams, and technical datasheets.
• Maintain version control and documentation logs for electrical scope.
• Assist with technical reviews related to conduit layouts, panel schedules, and cable routing.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure records reflect field progress and updates.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal reviews and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience in infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Office suite.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
