We are currently searching for a Gerente de Customer Data Platform (CDP):

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Define govern and drive the Customer Data Platform strategy for the organization ensuring the construction of a single customer view.
• Enable segmentation personalization and omnichannel activation capabilities that increase business value through strategic data use.
• Define the functional architecture and operating model of the Customer Data Platform.
• Prioritize business use cases to be enabled through Data 360.
• Approve the definition of the unified customer model identities attributes and audiences.
• Present progress results and executive indicators to senior management.
• Continuously evaluate new technological capabilities related to CDP Customer 360 AI and personalization.
• Coordinate with Architecture Data Engineering and Systems the integration of information sources that make up Customer 360.
• Drive the adoption of segmentation and personalization capabilities alongside Marketing Commercial Collections Marketplace and Customer Service.
• Ensure data governance quality privacy and regulatory compliance of the CDP ecosystem.
• Coordinate the execution of the Data 360 evolutionary roadmap with suppliers internal areas and technological partners.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Data Manager CRM Manager or Data Architect.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.

Desired

• Background in Data Analytics or Data Science.
• Experience in Telecommunications e-commerce or retail industries.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Experience as a Data Manager CRM Manager or Data Architect.
• Advanced knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (3-6 years).
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) (3-6 years).
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Modeling.
• Advanced experience in data-driven experiences (3-6 years).
• Intermediate knowledge of Marketing Cloud and Azure Data Platform.
• Basic knowledge of CRM Salesforce.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS.
