We are currently searching for a UX Copywriter:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Design define and govern the taxonomy language and conversational experience of digital products and Artificial Intelligence agents ensuring consistent intuitive communication aligned with business strategy brand identity and user needs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI AI Development and Business teams to define content for digital products and intelligent agents.
• Align taxonomy nomenclature and information architecture with business needs to guarantee cross-channel consistency.
• Define the tone of voice personality and communication guidelines for AI agents alongside Product and Business teams.
• Coordinate the implementation and continuous improvement of AI agent responses and conversational flows.
• Develop content for digital interfaces and AI agents.
• Create and maintain style guides content standards and taxonomy documentation.
• Evaluate AI agent performance by analyzing conversations recordings and user interactions.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Bachelors degree in Design Marketing Communications or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of proven experience as a UX Copywriter and in User Experience (UX) design.
• Advanced knowledge of Design Thinking Prototyping and Copywriting.
• Experience writing copy for digital interfaces and defining business taxonomy.
• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe XD or Figma and basic knowledge of the Adobe Suite.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.

• Strong analytical active listening and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to deliver projects on time.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Design Marketing Communications or related.
