• ?? What You'll Do :

Recruit and onboard freelance linguists and localization experts.

Maintain and manage linguist databases, performance records, and contact info.

Support the Talent Management team with administrative tasks and communications.

Foster strong relationships with existing linguists and help resolve their queries.

Collaborate with project managers to forecast language resource needs.

Organize training and orientation sessions for new linguists.

Track recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Experience in international environments and multitasking with ease.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

A proactive mindset with a knack for navigating change and ambiguity.

• ?? Bonus Skills :

Knowledge of translation / localization workflows and technologies.

Fluency in one or more non-English languages.

Experience managing freelance linguist databases, contracts, and payments.

Background in language services—especially in life sciences—is a plus.

Familiarity with AI tools and Office applications.

• ?? Education & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in linguistics, business, HR—or 2+ years in vendor management within the language services industry.
