Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage client engagements throughout the partnership lifecycle
• Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted point of contact for clients
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful project and service delivery
• Facilitate onboarding implementation and ongoing engagement activities
• Monitor engagement health milestones and client satisfaction
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans proactively
• Lead client meetings reviews and strategic planning discussions
• Drive continuous improvement in engagement processes and delivery standards
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and operational execution
• Support account growth through strong relationship management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Engagement Management Client Success or Project Management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience leading client-facing initiatives and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in consulting BPO SaaS staffing or service-based environments
• Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
